The Stagecoach Festival 2025, which was headlined by Zach Bryan, Jelly Roll, and Luke Combs, not only delivered incredible performances from these country music giants but also kept the audience on their toes with an array of surprise guests. On the opening day of Stagecoach, Paris Hilton made an unexpected appearance at Diplo’s Honky Tonk stage, where she brought Lizzo on stage for a memorable performance of her iconic hit “Truth Hurts.” The crowd was electrified as the two powerhouse artists combined their talents for an unforgettable moment. Later that evening, T-Pain took over the Palomino Stage for a late-night set and surprised the crowd by inviting Kesha to join him. Together, they performed “Yippie-Ki-Yay” from Kesha’s latest album, sending the audience into a frenzy. But the surprises didn’t stop there. On the second day of Stagecoach, headliner Jelly Roll took to the T-Mobile Mane Stage, and as he claimed, it was “officially the biggest show I’ve ever headlined.” Jelly Roll brought out an impressive lineup of surprise guests during his set. While covering John Denver’s classic “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” MGK appeared on stage, leading into their duet of “Lonely Road,” a track from Jelly Roll’s latest album. The crowd went wild when MGK followed up by performing his own smash hit, “My Ex’s Best Friend.” Jelly Roll didn’t stop there—he also brought out Shaboozey, who had already performed earlier, to perform their brand-new collaboration, “Amen.” As Jelly Roll performed Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa’s “Young, Wild & Free,” Wiz Khalifa himself surprised the crowd by showing up to perform his anthem “Black & Yellow.” Just when it seemed the night couldn’t get any more exciting, Christian music star Brandon Lake joined Jelly Roll on stage for their powerful performance of “Hard Fought Hallelujah,” which received a roaring response from the audience.

But perhaps the biggest surprise came at the end of Jelly Roll’s set. The crowd was in for a treat when Lana Del Rey, who had performed earlier at the festival, made a special appearance to join Jelly Roll for a rendition of their duet, “Save Me,” filling in for Lainey Wilson. Bailey Zimmerman joined Combs on stage for their hit “Back Up Plan,” followed by Good Charlotte for an energetic performance of “The Anthem” and a special rendition of “Where the Wild Things Are.” The real cherry on top was Garth Brooks, who surprised the crowd by joining Combs for an epic performance of “Friends in Low Places.” To top off the weekend, Luke Combs made a surprise appearance at the late-night stage, where he joined the Backstreet Boys for a nostalgic performance of their classic hit “I Want It That Way.”
