Intellectual Property Policy – Starteelic

Starteelic is an online platform that empowers users to design and sell custom apparel and merchandise. While we encourage creativity and self-expression, we maintain a strict policy against intellectual property infringement.

Users are prohibited from uploading, creating, or selling content that violates the rights of others, including—but not limited to—copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property protections.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Starteelic takes intellectual property concerns seriously and will promptly remove or disable access to content (“Content”) that appears to infringe upon valid rights upon receiving a properly submitted infringement notice.

Accounts of repeat offenders will be permanently terminated.

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization on our platform, please submit a detailed notice including:

  • Description of the Infringed Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted or protected material, including any registration numbers, if applicable.
  • Details of the Infringing Content: Specify the exact item(s) or page(s) where the infringing content appears on the Starteelic website.
  • Your Contact Information: Include your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A declaration that the use is unauthorized and the information provided is truthful.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a complete infringement notice:

  • The identified content will be removed or blocked.
  • The responsible user will be notified.
  • If repeated violations occur, the user’s account will be permanently disabled.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed or disabled, and you have the legal right to use it, you may file a counter-notice that includes:

  • Identification of the Removed Content: Specify the content that was removed and where it was located on the Starteelic site.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Assert that the takedown was incorrect or the content was misidentified.
  • Your Contact Details: Provide your full name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Jurisdiction Statement: Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your area of residence, or if you reside outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction where Starteelic operates.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is submitted, Starteelic may notify the original complainant. Unless the complainant files legal action within 10–14 business days, the content may be reinstated.
