Return Guidelines
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to make the return easy.
All other returns or exchanges:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition, including tags, packaging, and any included accessories. You can request a return through our website or by emailing us directly.
Non-returnable items:
Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. For standard returns (not due to defects), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll also receive an email confirming the refund.
After 10 days: If your item is defective, we may offer a repair or replacement rather than a refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Gift Returns
- If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the return.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
